A good way to track problems that need to be solved later in the day or week is with: Delegating to one person in the group the job of keeping track of everyone's issues Having the manager or owner be sure to make a mental note of each problem as it is discussed, so they can be discussed later A notepad or dry-erase board in the meeting area Having each team member write up his or her problems that need solving, and dropping them in the office suggestion box for later review
