A great place to start with developing a team is to use framing to help guide communication, structure, and goals for the team. I am personally a fan of having the group collaborate to give ideas for the goal to help increase the commitment to the team. As such throughout the five stages of team development, I will involve the entire group. In our textbook, the five stages of team development created and reevaluated by Bruce Tuckman are forming, storming, norming, performing, and adjourning (Neck et al., p.176)
