Evaluate FOUR (4) domains of deep structures that could affect the implementation of changes and recommend methods to overcome these deep structures. (6 marks) (c) Fear of change or resistance to change is another reason for the inability for airlines to implement much needed changes. Read page 48 to 49 of the textbook and illustrate with examples the sources of inertia that led to resistance of change. (6 marks)
