In order to promote a productive environment, Vector Technology is providing the following rules for using company internet access:

Employees are not to share confidential company information online, including on their personal social media.

Employees are not to respond to inquiries made of Vector on the companys social media sites. Kindly allow authorized company representatives to conduct this task.

Employees are not to utilize company internet for personal use while on the clock. This includes using the company internet to check email and/or social media. Breaks do not constitute being on the clock and may provide an opportunity for personal internet use.

Employees should not click on links they are not familiar with or download material onto their work computers unless they are sure what the content being downloaded is.

Violating the internet policy may lead to disciplinary action, up to and including, termination.

Three months go by and the group is back together to see how the policy is working out.

A: It has been co couple months since our new policy has been put in place. I have been hearing rumors around the office that we are going to be even more strict about internet use down road: Has anyone else been hearing this?
