B	3
C	2

F	0
I (Incomplete)	No credit hours or points
W (Withdrawal)	No credit hours or points

The grade point average is calculated as follows:

(ch)_i is the number of credit hours for the i-th course,

p_i is the number of points earned for the i-th course, and

n is the number of courses completed with a grade of A, B, C, D or F.

For each student, input the following:

student name

student number

for each course taken by that student:

grade

number of credit hours

Assume that the number of students is not known and that the list of courses for each student is ended by an asterisk (*).

For each student, output the name and number and the gpa.
