A job workshop is trying to improve its program. A pilot study was conducted. Group 1 received Career Exploration course. Group 2 received Resource Room utilization.

The hypothesis is that Career Exploration courses would be more effective in helping participants find jobs. The effectiveness is measured in the number of days between the end of the program and the day of the signed offer letter.
