A Labour Only contract has been awarded to UNIQUE GENERAL CONTRACTORS by the UNIVERSITY OF NAIROBI to build a $400m$ perimeter Two meter high Masonry Wall with inbuilt masonry piers spaced at three meters Centre to Centre for providing wall rigidity.

In addition, the contract includes Two gates:

The Main gate is to replace the existing gate at the current Mamlaka Road entrance. That main gate will look exactly $($in size and all$)$ like the gate right outside Civil Block and bordering Central Police compound with the Soldiers cubicle and changing room.

The Second gate, at the Statehouse Exit $/$ Entry to ADD will mostly be closed to Vehicle Traffic but will act as an Emergency Vehicle Exit. The pedestrian opening will function as normal and will include only a space to provide shelter and worktop for the Security officer manning it$.$
