A local restaurant wants you to write a program that can compute the meal cost for a customer and

calculate appropriate tips. The program will work by asking the total cost of the entree, side, and drink.

Once those have been entered by the user, the program will then calculate the meal cost $($before tax$),$

taxes owed on the meal, and total cost $($cost of meal plus tax$).$ Additionally, the program should

calculate tip recommendations for $15\%,20\%,$ and $25\%$ tax. Note that tip calculations MUST be based on

cost of meal BEFORE tax.

Once the calculations have been processed, a receipt must be shown to the user that includes the
