He wants to send a sensitive message to Mary, his colleague, as he often does, however he currently cannot use the corporate client. He considers two options:
1) To sends this one e-mail unencrypted.
2) To use an online encryption/decryption service he found at https://sela.io/pgp where he can submit the message and Mary's public key and receive a cipher text which he will then send to Mary. Mary will decrypt the cipher text by uploading it together with her private key to the sam site.
