a one and a half to two and a half page memo discussing a new 28th Amendment to the U. S. Constitution you would like to see adopted. It could focus on something you want get rid of or clarify in the current Constitution, or something new you would like to add. Pleaseinclude the specific languageyou want in your Amendment (not just the concept - read other proposed or adopted amendments to get examples on how they should read). Be sure to explain your reasoning and be specific on what you want to add, delete, or revise. After doing somelegal research, be sure tocite at least one legal case and/or any other regulations, commentaries, or similar efforts in the past that may be relevant to your proposal - if you can't find anything to cite after having done some research, you should indicate that in your memo. There is no special format required.
