b$.$ Create a new form based on the Calls table

using the Form tool. Change the form

properties for Allow Edits, Allow Dele$-$

tions, and Allow Additions to No$.$

c$.$ Change the CallTypeID field to a Combo

Box and set the row source to the Call

Types table. Set the Limit to List property

to Yes.

d$.$ Save the form as Call Logs and close the

form.

e$.$ Open the Customer Information form in

Form view. Press Tab six times and notice

the inconsistent ordering of the fields.

Switch to Design view.

f$.$ Change the tab order so the fields display

in the following order: CustomerID, Com$-$

panyName, Address, City, State, Zip,

Phone.

g$.$ Change the Tab Stop property for the Cus$-$

tomerID field to No$.$

h$.$ Switch to Design view. Create a new sub$-$

form using the Subform$/$Subreport con$-$

trol beneath the Phone field label. You

should include all fields from the Calls ta$-$

ble, use the default relationship, and ac$-$

cept the default name for the subform.

i$.$ Switch to Lavout views and resize the sub$-$
