A pathological laboratory has four technicians $(\backslash (\backslash$mathrm$\{$A$\},\backslash$mathrm$\{$B$\},\backslash$mathrm$\{$C$\}\backslash )$ and D $)$ who have different levels of competence on three tests $($T$1,$ T$2$ and T$3).$ Everyday, the laboratory receives a number of samples for these tests. It wants to assign every test to the most competent technician. The competence level is decided on time taken to complete a test. The following table gives the time taken in minutes by each technician to complete the tests. Find out best assignment of tests to technicians so that the total time taken to complete a set of the two tests is minimized. The remaining technician who will not be doing any of the two tests would be given administrative work.
