the text below and expand ONE of the identified use cases to a full textual

description and support this with one example scenario.

This health tracking application will enable users to capture both physical $($e$.$g$.$

activity and exercise tracking$)$ and mental $($e$.$g$.$ mood, sleep etc.$)$ health

measures. Users of the app will be able to record a range of physical and mental

health measures $-$ both automatically via sensors and via direct user input via

the app UI$.$ Users can also review all entered data and query statistics across

specified time ranges $($e$.$g$.$ one day, a week or month, or between any two dates

of interest$)$ and select their preferred visual presentation format $($e$.$g$.$ line or bar

charts etc.$).$ Linking use of the app to health benefits is a critical aspect of its
