Based on the above definition, identify any five (5), past, present or future projects in your area and give a full description (name, aims, stakeholders involved, starting date, budget, environmental elements that may influence the outcome, and the ending date) of each of the projects. Choose one as your main project and motivate why you choose it above all other projects. Describe the various channels and means of communications relevant to your chosen project. Identify the possible risks that may hinder your project as well as how you would mitigate the risks.
