My answer is as below is that all good?

Research Method

As the research conducted (Zheng, S C, Mirshekary S, 2015) a survey instrument was formed with several survey questionnaires and used to examine ethical dilemma. From the state of Queensland, Australia 2,171 small-scale accounting firms were used in the survey and participation in the study was voluntary, and no one could be identified. The survey questionnaires, be made up of of a cover letter stating the aims of the study, and clearing up its confidential nature, were targeted to the owner or the principal partner or person in charge of the firm. A total of 266 responses were received but only 209 were used for the study. Respondents showed some extent of exposure to unethical behavior. Majority of firm owners/managers did not treat unethical behavior as acceptable practices in the industry.

This research method helps to get direct feedback from the target group and since it is confidential in nature there would be no issues. Although the respondents were less than expected it still served the purpose. The results show more exposure to unethical behavior caused robust personal attitudes with firm owners/managers accepting unethical behavior, which created opportunity for owners/managers to take action. The study lures attention to ethical problems met by accounting professionals and their firms, addressing the importance of keeping the ethical standard and evading the widespread exposure to unethical behavior. It also highlights the needs for small businesses to form some ethical policies and practices.

Participants were presented with statements, where they need to first indicate, based on their personal attitude the degree to which they found the report suitable on a scale where 1 to 5, 5 being very acceptable. Then, indicate if they have faced or not faced unethical behavior with yes or no and another question to specify the accounting firm had a stern ethics-related problem.
