You have a list of lists with only integer, implement an algorithm that sorts the lists of integers in descending order based on the sum of the integers in the list. You get to choose whether you adopt a linked structure or an array-based structure. Implement in C.

Example:

() --> () ((),(1)) --> ((1),()) ((0, 1, 2, 3, 4), (-1, 10, 1000)) --> ((-1, 10, 1000),(0, 1, 2, 3, 4)) ((1,2,3),(2,3,4),(7,2,-4)) --> ((2,3,4),(1,2,3),(7,2,-4))
