A Question of a Normalized Database

Instructions:

Step 1: For each entity, indicate the primary key on a Microsoft Word document (6 entities at 5 points each).

Step 2: For each relationship, describe on the same document how each entity are related to each other (5 relationships at 4 points each).

Step 3: Each Entity Relationship Diagram tells a story how the data flows through the database. Please write a paragraph on the same document that describes the story behind this database as reflected in this Entity Relationship Diagram (25 points). Be sure to include the process of moving from First Normal Form to the Second Normal Form. Also, include the process of moving from Second Normal Form to the Third Normal Form.
