A randomized controlled trial was conducted to compare individuals receiving a treatment regimen of Drug A vs. a treatment regimen of Drug B for treatment of hepatitis C.Overall, 500 individuals participated in this study; 250 were randomized to each treatment.Twelve weeks after treatment, the participants were tested to see whether they experienced virologic failure.The results of this study are below.
