A researcher is conducting a study to determine the effectiveness of yoga on levels of anxiety in a group of 50 participants. A 20 question likert scale will be used to assess anxiety with a total score of 100 (interval/continuous level data). The participants will complete the anxiety scale prior to the Yoga Sessions. The yoga classes (intervention) will take place over the course of 5 weeks. After completing the yoga course, the same participants will retake the same anxiety scale. The researcher will determine if the yoga classes were successful in reducing anxiety levels. What type of analysis is used for this study and why
