What is the optimal number of new, 1 day cleaned, and 2 day cleaned napkins to minimize the cost and meet demand?

On problem 2, treat the new napkins as disposables - you use them for a day and toss them. So they effectively have zero cleaning time.

If I use a new napkin, it's used on Monday and that's the end of it.

If I use a 1 day napkin on Monday, I have to wait until Wed to reuse it.

If I used a 2 day napkin on Monday, I have to wait until Thursday to reuse it.
