A security policy is a high-level management document to inform all users of the goals of and constraints on using a system. The information security policy is the foundation upon which all protection efforts are built. The policy should articulate senior management\\\'s decisions regarding security as well as asserting management\\\'s commitment to security. In this regard, suppose you are designated as a Security team leader in some well know Organization. You are required to design a security Policy for the Organization. So being a leader of the team design an effective security policy by addressing the following requirements: 

a. List down the distinct features for a good designed security policy of an organization. 

b. What measures will be taken to implement physical security? It must comprise of all organizational resources including its employees. 

c. How its digital resources will be made secure? What practical measures will be taken to implement security.
