A self$-$proving will:

a$.$ is deemed to be valid, and the testator deemed to have capacity, unless proven otherwise.

b$.$ is not deemed to be valid, and has no effect on proof of capacity, unless proven otherwise.

c$.$ is invalid in most states, except Hawaii.

d$.$ is always valid and cannot be challenged in court on the basis of the testator's lack of capacity.
