A small medical clinic needs a relational database for its medical practice. As a first step, the clinic has asked you to develop a data model for the database with the following business rules and requirements:

a.A patient can make many appointments with one or more doctors in the clinic, and a doctor can accept appointments with many patients. However, each appointment is made with only one doctor and one patient

.b.An appointment yields a visit with the doctor. The visit yields a diagnosis and prescription, if necessary .

C. Each patient visit creates a bill by the doctor, and each doctor can bill many patients.

d.A patient may pay the bill through one or multiple payments; a single payment may cover one or more bills.

First, identify necessary entities, attributes, and relationships; then put these together in an ER diagram. Besides the primary and foreign key columns, please be sure that the following attributes are also included in your ER diagram:

Names of doctors and patients along with their phone numbers; each patients address; appointment and visit dates and times; amounts of bills and payments; and any other necessary data items.

Prepare an entity-relationship (ER) diagram using MySQL Workbench for the clinic case described above. Your ER diagram should include entities, their attributes, and relationships between entities. Every entity in the diagram should have primary key. In addition to other columns as described in the business rules listed above, entities should have foreign key columns where necessary.

Note: Use My SQL Workbench.
