A subcontractor informs the PM that there is a slippage in its work schedule

by at least two weeks. This work is thought to be on the critical path of the

project. The PM should do all of the following except:

two$-$week impact on the project

d$.$ Review the subcontractor$$s schedule to determine whether there is an

actual two$-$week delay.
