A system periodically gets data from a radar. The radar reports a bearing and a signal strength (which can be used to estimate distance).

The radar data is used to provide an integrated view of the external environment, which is shown on a display. The user can adjust various controls to affect the information displayed. Assume that the integration function polls each radar in turn for its data on the objects that have been detected.

Note that the system has a significant GUI aspect, so you may assume the model view controller architectural pattern.
