A team charter is a document that a project team creates to help the team define the project's mission and deliverables $($the project's ultimate goal and what must be delivered to the project sponsor to eventually reach the project$$s goal$).$ The charter also needs to clarify who is responsible for what. Lastly, it sets agreed$-$upon guidelines under which the team will work. We will examine additional aspects of a team charter as we move through this course.

For now, answer the following questions:

You are a project manager and assembled your project team. Team members have not yet met each other. You have your first meeting. In at least $5$ sentences, explain what your first steps will be$.$

$2.$ What makes a good team? Describe at least $3$ qualities of a good team. Each quality should be described in at least $3$ sentences $($for a total of $9$ sentences$).$
