A topic for a mixed methods research study that I would like to conduct on teacher diversity particularly focusing on Asian American's decision on becoming a teacher. You will be using the exploratorysequential design.

1) Develop a plan for how you would like to analyze the hypothetical data that you are going to collect.

2) Be sure to consider your theoretical framework, which is the SocialCognitive Theory and how that will influence what data you collect and how you analyze it. Also be specific in the description of your analyses for both the quantitative and qualitative data and how you will do an integrative analysis across both types of data collected (e.g., whatkindof coding will you use).
