A transmitter sends an 9 dBm signal through a cable with a 11 dB loss. At the end of the cable, the signal is amplified by a factor of 20 and delivered to a receiver. What is the received signal power in milliwatts?  Calculate to one decimal point.

 

Note: Cable loss in dB should be taken as a negative number by default when solving your question.
