1. A typical set of contract documents for a traditional construct only construction contract may contain the following documentation:
   1. Contract Correspondence
   2. Conditions of Tender
   3. Form of Tender
   4. Specification
   5. Bills of Quantities (including Preliminaries, Preambles, Measured works, and Prime Cost and Provisional Sums)
   6. Summary of Tender
   7. Contract Drawings
