a) Use SQL command line to create a new user. Enable the created user to connect to the database and perform most of administrative functions.

(b) Create a profile and assign the profile to the created user. Implement a security policy for the account.

(c) Unlock the created user account after it is locked because of repeated failed login attempts.

(d) As system user, create a new role and grant privileges “drop any table” to this role and then assign the role to the created user.
