ABC Books is a chain of bookshops which have seven locations across the country and 3 friends own  this small business. Previously, they have only sold in-store; however, they have noticed their  competitors moving online. The staff in different stores keep in contact with each other and sometimes  with customers through emails or tele conversation. The owners travel to the seven locations from time  to time for taking stock of accounts and general operations. They also collect required paperwork  pertaining to accounts etc during their visits.  

During the current pandemic conditions, serving the customers through the available means has been  exceptionally challenging. Also, the small business is looking to expand their customer base to increase  revenue as the business seems to have reduced in the last few months. Goals and strategies of this  small business include selling more products to a higher number of customers, better communication  and moving data storage away from paper filing. The company would also like to receive more customer  feedback and begin to do more advertising of their products.
