ABC Home, which is a local home builder based in Melbourne, Victoria has been facing the following issues since the beginning of COVID19 pandemic in 2020: Poor customer ratings on Google, Product Reviews, and other online platforms. The company's overall rating has dropped from 4.5 out of 5 (Dec. 2019) to just 3.9 out of 5 in June 2022.
