Jill, the CEO of your company, has called you in for a meeting. The company is growing to the point that a more formal approach to ethics is needed. Jill says she heard that creating an ethical culture is better than just monitoring compliance. She is also considering the formation of an audit committee to review the company$$s compliance and oversight with respect to all relevant laws and professional regulations.
