$$Access Project Question File$$ is an access database for hotel reservation transactions with information about Fair Winds Inn in Sanibel, Florida. At the Inn, $10$ rooms overlook side streets, $10$ rooms have windows with limited views of the ocean, and the remaining $10$ rooms face the ocean. Room rates are based on the type of room.

Problem:$$ The owners currently use a manual reservation and bookkeeping system, which cannot provide management with immediate data about the hotel$$s daily operations and revenue.

They need to know:

$1.$ The average number of visitors per room type;

$2.$ The average length of visit per room type.

$3.$ Which room and type of room has been assigned to each guest along with the guest$$s name and start and end dates for that guest$$s stay;

Create queries and reports from the Access Project Question File to answer these questions. Then write a brief report on how the new database system solves some of the problems created by the old, manual reservation system and how the database can help Fair Winds.
