change; $($iii$)$ maintain change initiatives

B $($i$)$ preparing employees for change; $($ii$)$ adopting new ways of working; $($iii$)$ positive reinforcement of the new ways

C $($i$)$ mobilise the effort in a new direction; $($ii$)$ adopt new behaviours to realise change objectives; $($iii$)$ introduce new ways of working into the organisational culture

D $($i$)$ formulate the organisational vision in terms of the change process; $($ii$)$ communicate the vision to change agents; $($iii$)$ implement change initiatives
