Design a circuit that receives 1,000 32-bit integers serially (one integer per cycle), bin them into four bins based on their values, and compute the binning statistics: 1) How many integers in bin 1 that have values between 0 & 1G (i.e. 00_11...1 two zeros followed by 30 1s), 2) Bin 2: between 1 G and 2 G (i.e. between 01_00...0 and 01_11....1 and ), 3) Bin 3: 2 G & 3G (between 10_000....0 and 10_111...1), 4) Bin 4: >3G (> 11_000...0).
