All of the following Problems are to be completed for the company identified as Good Buy, Inc. (good-buy.com). Narrative of the company processing is contained on pages 135 and 136 of the textbook. Note: For all graphical drawings you may use Microsoft Visio, PowerPoint, or other drawing tools. Problem 4-4, page 138. a. Prepare a table of entries and activities from the company narrative. b. Construct a context diagram based on the table in 4-4 a. above. Problem 4-5, page 139. Prepare a physical DFD based on the output from 4-4 above. Problem 4-6, page 139. a. Prepare an annotated table of entities and activities based upon the above. Follow the instruction guidance as described with this problem in the textbook. b. Prepare a logical DFD (level 0 only) based on the table you prepared in part 4-6 a. above. Problem 4-7, page 139. Construct a systems flowchart based on the narrative and the output from your work on 4-4 through 4-6 above. Note: For all instructions follow the guidance as described with the Problems in the textbook on pages 137, 138, and 139. Control Framework Prepare a Control Matrix for Good Buy, Inc., including explanations for each major control goal. Your choice of recommended control plans may come from Figure 9.4/Exhibit 9.3 and/or Figure 9.6/Exhibit 9.4, as appropriate. Be sure to tailor the matrix columns to conform to the specifics of Good Buy, Inc. system. In doing so, assume the following two operations process goals: 1. Construct a diagram 2 that explodes process 2.0, "Record customer order," down to the next level. Table 4.3 depicts a different logical grouping of activities than does. Table 4.2 (pg. 122). Use Microsoft Visio or other diagraming software, and construct a logical DFD (level 0) based on Table 4.3.
