ACME wants to develop a Digital Tracking System (DTS) for equipment and components to deploy in Houston, Netherlands, South Korea, and India. Requirements have not been defined and agreed upon. You are the Consultant on this project and your task is to bring it back to life. You will need to implement it across multiple cultures and counties, addressing concerns from the field and incorporating users and those resistant to change. CURRENT PROJECT STATUS Management is expecting a product in the next 9 months with global coordination. Currently, it is behind schedule and over budget.
