Acquisition plan is a plan that:

a. summarizes the operational and financial objectives and future endeavors of a business and contains the details and budgets showing how the objectives are to be realized

b. Documents a comprehensive blueprint for advertising an agency is efforts for the coming year. It describes business activities involved in accomplishing specific objectives within a set time frame.

c. Documents all cost, schedule, technical, business, management, and other considerations that will govern an acquisition program and is derived from the Acquisition Strategy.

d. Documents solicitation procedure or set of procedures intended to ensure that a supply or performed service adheres to a defined set of criteria or meets the requirements of the customer.
