Action Plan

The goal for this assignment is for you to prepare an action plan to close any gaps in your career competencies.

Instructions

Complete the table as follows:

$1.$ Select at least three competencies and list in the appropriate space. Since our IMPACTS Institutional Priority is Global Engagement, please consider identifying opportunities here at Georgia Southern for one of the gap areas that could further your global citizenship development in preparation for entering a global workforce.

$2.$ Use the gap analysis process steps $13$ as outlined on the Gap Analysis Overview page in Folio.

$3.$ Write the gaps identified in step $3.$ Insert additional rows as needed.

$4.$ For each gap, identify the actions required to close the gap, resources$/$ support, and timing. It should take more than one action to develop your career competencies.

$5.$ Not required, but recommended: copy the table and repeat for your top career fields of interest.

$6.$ Submit the file to Dropbox.
