You are asked to form groups of no more than five. Using the diagram below, each group will address one of two perspectives with reference to the Verde Ventures case study above. List the benefits of Starbucks's impact investment programme either:

1.From the point of view of the CEO of Starbucks, or

2.From the point of view of the recipient farm managers
