Participants and roles: Restaurant manager You will act as a manager. Your role is to evaluate the conflict resolution in consultation with parties involved in conflict in activity 1. You are required to seek and provide feedback from your staff members on the effectiveness of the conflict resolution. You are also required to establish possible causes of workplace conflict and provide suggestions to improve the workplace conflict resolution process Staff member-involved in the conflict One of your classmates will act as staff involved in the conflict and will discuss the issues faced in the conflict situation. The staff member will also ask for your suggestions on what to do in future to manage such situations.
