Due to the current COVID$-19$ situation, the government has enforced social distancing rules and other requirements related to workplace arrangements. The organisation is facing it challenging to arrange office space as per the social distancing requirements and other mandatory workplace arrangements.

You have identified that a potential solution to address this issue of arranging office space is to implement working for home arrangements.

Activity description

This activity requires you to prepare a presentation, lead and participate in the meeting and negotiate the working arrangement with the staff members.

Part B: Prepare for negotiation

This part of the activity requires you to prepare for conducting negotiations during the meeting with the staff members on the home working arrangements.

To do so$,$ complete the following steps:

Step $1$: Identify the objectives of the negotiation based on the Activity Context.

Step $2$: Identify two $(2)$ potential needs and requirements of stakeholders involved in this change of work arrangement to work$-$from$-$home.

Step $3$: Identify two $(2)$ potential issues that may arise during the negotiation.

Step $4$: Identify information that may be subject to confidentiality.
