3	Organisational Culture - Organisational culture is also a key consideration when implementing a new logistics management system. This is because the new system needs to fit in with the organisation's existing culture and values in order to be successful. it is important to consider the organisation's culture when designing the new system, and to make sure that the new system is in line with the organisation's values.
External factors that may impact implementation	1	Government Regulations - the new system will need to comply with any relevant government regulations, such as those relating to data storage and security. This could impact the implementation of the new system if the required changes are not able to be made.
2	Industry Standards - the new system will need to meet industry standards, such as those relating to the tracking and tracing of goods. This could impact the implementation of the new system if the required changes are not able to be made.
3	Competitor Activity - it is important to be aware of what our competitors are doing in terms of logistics management, in order to stay ahead of the competition. This could impact the implementation of the new system if our competitors are able to implement a similar system first.
