Activity $4$: Self$-$reflection journal entry

As a new employee one may easily question your decision to move to a new organisation, especially if the first couple of days or weeks are experienced negatively. Planning and executing a well$-$structured onboarding and orientation programme could make a new employee feel valued which leads to integration and feeling part of the team. During the previous weeks you have been provided with reflection questions, but this week you have to ask and answer at least three reflection questions that you have developed yourself.

When posing a question, please think of the following:

$$ Does my question ask me to describe my own experience as a new employee?

$$ Does my question ask me to be critical of what my organisation is doing in onboarding new employees?

$$ Does my question lead me to analyse whether I would change anything as a manager when onboarding a new employee?
