Week 7 also indicate the final function that could be identified as important in acquiring human resources in a public organisation. So at the end of this week, and for the purpose of this reflection, questions will focus on what you view is on the extent to which your organisation is evident of an organisation that integrates its human resources in its organisational planning, when focusing on the strategy to acquire human resources.
