The organisational shadow metaphor represents the covert, hidden individual and organisational behaviours that are often ignored, suppressed and overlooked by managers and leaders. These behaviours may, intentionally or subconsciously, hinder or aid key organisational activities being completed.

Shadow behaviours can be categorised into light and dark (and arguably grey). Using relevant literature and based on your own experiences, complete the following tasks:

1. Download the grid provided and compose a comprehensive list of the behaviours in each category
2. Create a post on the Discussion Board and, in 100 words maximum, identify the strategies an organisation could deploy to manage the behaviours that hinder organisational activities being completed
3. Comment on at least one of your peers' posts by suggesting at least one more strategy that your peer has not mentioned
