1. What are the planning priorities for the meeting?
2. What are the team building priorities for the meeting?
3. How can informal communication and evening activities be leveraged for team building?
4. What is the value of including the next level down leaders along with the unit heads?
5. What would a great experience look like, what would the leaders tell their units when they return?
