1. Using the RA 11203 or the Rice Tariffication Law and discussions on Food Security and Sustainable Development Goals, write a policy paper on how the RA 11203 can be amended or improved.

2. Your policy paper should have the following parts:

• Title: A good and short but memorable title
• Executive Summary: One paragraph about the problem and the proposed policy action
• Scope of the Problem: State the different problems currently encountered and you should convince the reader that something must be done about this policy
• Critique of Policy Options: What are the shortcomings or problems with the Rice Tariffication Law
• Policy Recommendations: You may check the recommendations from other sources, and/or you may come up with your own recommendations. Provide explanations for your recommendations. You can do these in bullets.
• Consulted Sources: Write your references
