Address how the HR function is (was) handled at a company you work for (or have worked for in the past). Address who handles the hiring, firing, training, administration of vacation days, etc (line manager, shift manager, assistant manager, accountant/HR person, etc.). And if you work/worked at a franchise business, find out what sort of HR functions are handled by the corporate office.
